Hi there,
I have a strange problem. I tried to install windows on a virtual machine, like Virtualbox or Parallels. What happens is that the virtual machine doesn't recognise or accept my USB DVD-ROM or Windows.ISO.
I don't understand how can i start the installation from USB DVD-ROM or from .ISO image...
It is not the first time that I do this operation, but know something doesn't works.
Recently I have removed the internal DVD optic reader and I inserted a SSD. I don't know if it make problem...
Any suggestions?

Re: Strange issue during installation
If you have an ISO then mount it using the VM settings "Storage" section, i.e. select the CD drive in the left panel then select the association (with host drive, ISO etc) in the right panel. If your VM doesn't already have a virtual CD drive then add one.

Virtualbox find the ISO or USB DVD, but it gives me the same error in DOS screen "fatal error: no device bla bla bla..."

Re: Strange issue during installation
"bla bla bla" is not an error message which I recognize. Perhaps a bit of precision would help move this forward.
