Yes it is. So the guest failed to power up. I know this is going to be hard but is the guest 32_bit or 64_bit and has it ever worked?

its is 64 before i have installed virtual box, youwave worked fine

i still havnt figure out how todo this (test for KVM)
In a terminal on the host type the follwoing:
Code: Select all Expand viewcat /sys/hypervisor/properties/capabilities
Post the results.

Forget the test for KVM. That was when you had it listed under Linux host. Widows does not use KVM

How could it work before you installed VirtualBox? Do you mean it worked before you upgraded VirtualBox?

i have installed youwave a month ago and i was using it for the past month
i never recod intalling it before, it must have came with some other program i have installed before
so i am thinking this must be an upgraded to the virtual box

Something is really wrong here. You must have installed it in VirtualBox for it to have worked. DO you even remember having VirtualBox installed prior to today?

i try system recovery... that did not do the job .... thats the best i can do ... are there anything that you will be able to guid me through ? :((

At this point I have no idea what to tell you to try. I would tell you to go back to the previous version but you don't remember having it and surely not the version it would have been.
