Linux MINT and virtualbox 4.2.16

Hi, I've tried to setup a windows 98 SE using VirtualBox, I know the problems inherent with doing this and have all the fixes and tools to force ACPI , however not being familiar with VirtualBox I'm having problems placing my patched ISO of 98 Se with the new display driver for 32 bit. The instructions I have followed are all from earlier releases and the illustrations of VirtualBox and dialogs are changed. I simply don't know how to move that ISO into the c drive, I haven't found a c drive in the hidden VirtualBox ./VirtualBox , I guess the instructions mean to have 98 running and open that new win98 folder, which I did manage to make in safe mode of 98, I really need a more up to date instruction of how you move files within VirtualBox to these hidden folderes such as the c drive. So basically I have 98 SE installed but not patched, I have yet to move that patch into the win98 folder and re run the setup with the correct switches to force ACPI , it is not running good at this point and of course unusable . Can anyone point me to a late instruction using the latest version of VirtualBox and possibly tell me how to move files from the virtual cdrom to that win 98 folder I created.

Not related but I was also making a DOS 6.22 system so I would have that to be able to use DOS to do that 2nd install of 98 SE, but I managed to get as far as actually having the virtual machine made and when it came time to select the 3 floppies I had moved as images to the ./VirtualBox dir they never showed up in the media management area where I could actually select the 3 floppies and proceed to make the system bootable. Once again it appears the instructions I'm using may be outdated with respect to this 4.2.16 version.

Any help would be appreciated, I don't wish to waste peoples time, I just need some good advice from someone who has dealt with this same issue.

Thanks
