Can't make F8 work on keyboard

I am using a Mac with Mavericks installed on it and I am using the latest version of VirtualBox. I am trying to install Windows XP into a VM and when it is on the screen, during setup, that it asks me to accept EULA I need to push F8 or don't accept to push ESC. How do I get my VM to accept my pressing F8 on the keyboard? When I push F8 right now it is trying to start up iTunes on my Mac.
Thanks in advance,
Noble

Is it possible and what I need to do, to make F-keys functions on guest-os avaliable without additions touching "Fn"-key?

-> "System Preferences..." -> "Keyboard" -> "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys."
