Dear All,

I now have a question need your help to confirm, the question is, through virtualbox, can I run 64bit linux vm on 32bit windows that's running on a machine with 64bit processor? and can I run 64bit linux vm on 32bit windows that's running on a machine with 32bit processor?

Hi,

You can run a 64 bit Linux OS from 32 bit Windows OS if the processor is 64 bit capable, you cannot do this if the processor is 32 bit capable only.

The host CPU must also have hardware virtualization ( VT-x | AMD-v ) and it be enabled in the bios for 64-bit guests.
