Thanksssssssssssssss Socrates and rpmurray :D it got installed :wink: by right (control) click, need to check if Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit runs fine :roll: .

hi,
i am trying to install VM 3.0.12 for Mac 10.4 but installer shows the following message "There were errors installing the software" (see picture enclosed). Could anybody help as I spend a day trying to figure out what is going on. thank you in advance!

What Mac model are you trying to install it on?

You have a PowerPC processor. VirtualBox will only work with Intel Macs. Your best bet for a PPC processor to emulate x86 instructions is (as far as I know) an old application called 'VirtualPC" (if you can acquire it or find it from a "friend" in the internets...)
