I can not install 64bit systems.

Good evening, I have the vbox 4.3.2 on windows enterprise x64 8.1,

My processor is a Core i5 M480, supporting EM64T, VT-x.

however I can not install 64bit systems.
when I use ubuntu 13.10 with normally.

anyone have any idea of the problem?

IF YOU ARE 32 OR 64 AND READY.
