Run an already installed linux in Virtual Box

Dears,
I currently have a dual boot Win7 / Ubuntu on my PC.
Win7 being for the Office and Ubuntu for Home.
However I now and then would like to access some of my Ubuntu soft when I am in the office without restarting.
Is there anyway to start my linux installation from Virtual box without re-installing it ?
I think vmware can do it (but is not available for free)
