Virtual Box and Adobe Photoshop 6

I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue ... but I cannot use Adobe Photoshop v6 on Vbox Guest running XPS SP3 .. everything I try to run it . .it crashes VBox .. dead...

I have reinstalled it .. and still have a problem .. but it did work on standard XPS ...

It crashes VirtualBox, or it crashes XP? Post a VM log file for a crash session.

I have tried installing Master Collection CS6 on a WinXP VHD in virtual box. I was able to install some programs of the Master Collection CS6, but not others, which caused a system crash. The problem that I had was that the usable memory did not match the system requirements for install. Unfortunately, I am only running a 4GB Ram system. Even by uping the Ram in the Virtual System, I could not meet the system requirements needed to install some features of CS6 (including Photoshop) and leave enough Ram space for general Host and Guest system operations.

If you are fortunate enough to have more RAM, than I, try increasing the guest RAM to maybe 3 or 4 GB. Hope this helps.
