connecting to Headless

Hi,

I have a solaris host running VB 4.3.2.
There's a SuSE vm running inside.

When I start it via VBoxHeadless I can't connect to it via vnc and the GUI won't let me "show" the vm although it lists it as running and shows a preview.

Starting it via the GUI works correctly but I need to have the session running in the background so I can log out of the host.

Any clues much appreciated.
