Hi, I'm using version 4.3 and when I clicked update it said it was up to date, but when I checked the main page it showed there was version 4.3.2. I know in the past it has always updated, so if this a bug?

No bug. You were not notified to upgrade to 4.3.0 either.
They will turn on the notifier when they feel most of the nasty bugs are fixed.
