What exactly do you mean "from the panel"? Which panel?
Do you want this VM or not? If not, right-click and select "Remove..."

Sorry, i mean from VirtualBox Manager, off course i did a right-click ad select "Remove" … but …. no way to remove it, and i don't want to see it. I also reinstall after remove it, the Virtual Box software, but …. ALWAYS the same icon !!!
Any suggestion ?!?? Where i can find "the preference" where the VB manager write the configuration … maybe i can remove manually from the list …..

Grazie

This normally happens when a user moves/removes the virtual hard drive outside the main manager and by doing so VirtualBox does not have any idea what happened, just that it can not find the drive.

You can try to use the media manager and see if you can remove it but from experience you will probably need to remove it manually from the VirtualBox.xml file.
You can also use VBoxManage to unregister and remove, but most users have a problem with VBoxManage because it is complex and really a programmer kind of thing.

If you decide to edit the VirtualBox.xml file be sure to back it up first and also that everything VirtualBox is completely shutdown or your changes will not be saved.

/Users/<username>/Library/VirtualBox/VirtualBox.xml, look for the offending "MachineEntry" line and delete it.
