Debian 7 Share folders and windows size

Hi,
I had a debian 6 VM. I decide to update to debian 7 (BIG mistake) know I have no share folders and no autodimession to guess window.
Could somebody help me please?

You could try to install the guest additions again. From the sounds of it you did not have dkms installed so when the kernel changed you lost the VBox kernel modules.
