Unable to open Win7 VM when connected thru VPN

I am unable to open a VM when connected thru VPN, but I am able to open the same VM, when I RDP in from a local PC to the remote PC that has VB on it (i.e. LanDesk) and the VM opens just fine, w/o error.
Is this an issue on my end with VirtualBox, or is this something that simply doesnot work with VirtualBox period. I am connected from a test laptop through Cisco AnyConnect VPN and a Verizon 4G AirCard to the PC that has the VB VM on it. I can open the VirtualBox Manager but when i click on the green arrow to start the VM (Win732), I get the following error:
I get no errors when I RDP into this same desktop from say RDP or LanDesk...
Ideas, comments, fixes anyone?

Figured it out from another post - simply run VirtualBox Manager as an administrator and this open is the app up normally - the VM then allows you to run it without errors.
