MINT 16 PETRA 64 BITS as guest on MINT 15 HOST

Hi everyone ! 
It's been a laong tine since I was playing with Win98 SE Vmas guest on linux hosts !
Now it's the turn of MINT 16 PETRA 64 bits : I can't connect to the net in the VM - which is not the case when I tried to upgrade to mint 16 via the net on a MInt 15 guest .... running on a Mint 15 host !
The purpose is to try before replacing my ( so beloved ) Mint 15 Olivia sniff......shifffff
So what must i do ?

P.S : Running on a Dell Vostro 1015 with 8 gb Ram and got a Huawei e153 mobile Broadband Connection
