VBoxVmService fails on Windows 7

Host: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1
VBox: version 4.3.2
VBoxVmService: 4.1-Ginger
The VBoxVmService process would start. But it would not start the VM.
This is what VBoxVmService.log has:
Then I do "VmServiceControl.exe -l" and I see this:
In the VM's VBox.log file:
Not much to troubleshoot with. So any pointers are much appreciated.
