VirtualBox Host Only Ethernet Adapter and VPN

Since VirtualBox 4.3.2 I noticed, that my VPN (Direct Access, Teredo based, ipv6) is not working while VBox virtual ethernet adapter is "on". There is endless 'connecting' state to office WAN.
When I disable that adapter (switch it off), WAN is connecting. But then I have no network inside virtual machines...
