VM runtime error: fatal=false, errorID=BLKCACHE_IOERR messag

today, i start my vm in virtualbox . my host os is win 8.1 pro and my guest os is centos 6.2(2.6.32-220.e16.x86_64) i am very careful to use vm , but today it encountered a runtime errr,this is message:
Console: VM runtime error: fatal=false, errorID=BLKCACHE_IOERR message="The I/O cache encountered an error while updating data in medium "ahci-0-0" (rc=VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED). Make sure there is enough free space on the disk and that the disk is working properly. Operation can be resumed afterwards"
i take some steps i found on internet , but it does't work.i have read the "Minimum information needed for assistance",please give me some help to find the reason.
