Hello
i am new in VM Box i have Windows 8 install on my Hard disk and i create centos VM on which i install Oracle for linux for my certification. I want to make a same copy of my Centos VM to my other drive ,
because i want to run my copy of centos VM and use it for my learning experience and experiments, and in case of problem i delete my copy of Virtual Machine, copy again the source Centos VM and past it to other drive
so
No1.i try to manually copy the source VM and past to other drive but unable to run that VM
No2 i try to copy using Virtual Media Manager and past it to my other drive and successfully i past it to my other drive
No3. Now due to some experiment i lost my Centos so i delete my copied Centos VM and try again to copy my Source Centos VM using Virtual Media manager but i am unable to make another copy of my source VM
even i uninstall VMBOX and delete its .VirtualBox Folder too
Please tell me what to do so i create a copy of my source VM to another drive of my Hard disk
Thanks you

Right click the existing VM and select "Clone". You can control the location of the clone using File|Preferences|Default Machine Folder. Note that the latter is the default location for new VMs, it has no effect on existing VMs.

Or: simply back a backup of your VM folder before you begin using the VM.
