problem in ubuntu and backrack and fedora

i tried to install backtrack and i found him very very slowly and same problem in ubuntu and fedora and windows 7 too
> Ram is 4GB
all os except xp
what is the problem ?

Not sure with the lack of real information but I can tell you that the new Linux distros has software accelerated graphics as fall back if you don't have the VirtualBox guest additions installed (in the guest) and 3D enabled in the guest settings.

Post the guests log file (as an attachment)
See Online Users Manual for the location of the file.

i'm not understanding anything from this link , but i know the requirements and rules such ( guest additions virtualbox , etc )
win xp running very good
Everything is fine but all linux distributions is very slow and win 7 also .
then i noticed that ubuntu and backtrack problem's about slowness is widespread in forums

I need to see the guests log file. Right click on the guest in the main manager and then left click on show log. Click save on the first log ( one that does not have 1, 2, or 3 ) and post here as an attachment

Your processor does not support hardware virtualization ( VMX ) and is really old. This is why your guests ( other than XP ) are slow plus the missing 3D acceleration.
VirtualBox all but stopped supporting software virtualization ( no VMX ) and I don't see them improving on this in the future.
