Upgraded to Ubuntu 13.10 guest and can't reboot.

Sorry but since i just created a VirtualBox forum account, i can't post actual links so i'll have to word them. Here are the screen shots:
This is the regular screen that show up if i don't hit F12 for boot options.

What happens after i try to boot from a CD with boot-repair ISO burned on it.

How can i fix this? Is there a GRUB command i'm suppose to enter? Thank you.
