shifting to vb 4.3.2 from 4.2.8

I running vb 4.2.8 and have debian squeeze, ubuntu 12.04, android 4.3 and winxp vms. I would like to shift to vb4.3.2.
How should I proceed?
Can I use export/import appliances for shifting vms?
How about extension packs? Will it work with these vms?
Any guide will be appreciated.
