virtualbox.org

I am trying to get Ubuntu to boot in Virtualbox 4.3.2 but it just keeps hanging. I've reinstalled Ubuntu several times with no problem. But, bootup always hangs. The Virtualbox prints a notice saying there is a error.

I have no idea how to go about debugging this. So thought I would try by attaching the logs.

Any help is most appreciated.
