I want to use proxy ip for vbox. is it possible to set proxy ip:port in network settings of vbox? I dont want to set proxy in OS Internet Option.

Do you want to set the proxy for the Virtualbox manager and its updates, or for the guest OS in the VMs?

Nothing Virtualbox can do then, since it is only a hardware emulator. You need to configure such settings in the guest OS directly.
