I created a new Oracle linux 5.8(32bit) vm on my windows host, named "el5o10a", "el5o10b" .
I will install oracle grid infrastructure 11.2.0.4 for linux in the vm .
Everything looks fine except the virtualbox-guru meditation keep popping up when I execute "/g01/grid/app/grid/root.sh" in el5o10a vm. It says a critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped. How can I fix this?

Please confirm that the issue is still present in v4.3.2.

An updated (4.3.2) VM log file might be useful.

In the meantime...

3GB seems like an awful lot to give to a 32bit VM, especially considering your host only has 5GB free. I would reduce the guests RAM allocation to 1GB.

Also, your Intel Core i5-3470 CPU supports VT-x, so you could try enabling it in the VM recipe. You currently have VT-x disabled in the host BIOS, so you'll have to fix that first.
