HowTo change size of a fixed VDI?

Hello!

A great problem: I have a Virtualbox 4.3.0 on a "Windows 7"-host, running a guest "Lubuntu 13.10". Now my VDI is full - I created a VDI-file with fixed size (idiotic )

Can I and how can I resize this VDI???

VBOXMANAGE doesn't recognize the command with an error message:

Check out the CloneVDI sticky at the top of this forum. Do read the release notes that come with it, since I will ignore any questions if the release notes answer them.
