Would you help? (Cannot start virtual machine)

Before had error I upgrading window from 8 to 8.1 single language.

Error : When I start virtual machine (Software version 4.3.0 with extension 4.3.0)

I had getting massage :
Fail to open a session for the virtual machine Window7.
Fail to load VMMR0.r0
(VERR_LDR_IMPORTED_SYMBOL_NOT_FOUND)

How can I fix this problem? (I have 13 lab in virtual machine T-T)

Close job : I try to uninstall and install again. Can be running any machine .
