Yes, in fact that is where I learned to look at the log info I posted a wee bit ago.

I did not clear the cache and reinstall, but I am willing to give that a shot if you guys think it is worth a try.

OK. I tried clearing the cache like the instructions suggested (they need to be updated for Windows 7) and it did not resolve the issue.
