Bridged Network not work.

I have a mac osx 10.9 with VB 4.3
and i need to unload the VB drivers and load it again to get work!!
When this problem will be resolve?

I also have the same issue. Before I upgrade to mavericks VB Guest OS using a Bridged Network adapter worked fine. Since the maverick upgrade I can no longer start the VM if its nick is set to anything but NAT. I get the following error:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Win8.
Failed to open/create the internal network 'HostInterfaceNetworking-en5' (VERR_SUPDRV_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND).
Failed to attach the network LUN (VERR_SUPDRV_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND).
Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

I have upgrade to VB 4.3.2 and i discovery one detail, I have a shortcut of VM on my desktop and
if I start from there the bridge network not work, but if I open the VB manager and than the VM
the bridge network works normally. With this I investigate the files and find this
"/Library/Application\ Support/VirtualBox/LaunchDaemons/VirtualBoxStartup.sh"
file, and when I read the script I discovery that is repressible for loading of kernel extensions.
I want to know why this script not loading on startup of VM from shortcut on desktop?
I suppose the problem is that, by tests made by me.
