VirtualBox Won't Load Up VM

Hey guys, i'm new to this here.
It may seem like a noob question but i've just installed Mac OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard on VB but i get this as soon as i start the VM or reset it after the installation:
But i also get this when trying to release the iso from the Virtual Drive:
It's mainly the first one i'm more worried about. How do i fix it?
