windows 8.1 pro x64 no network for vm

Hello,
After the update to windows 8.1 pro i don't have any network anymore in my vm.
i tried NAt , bridge,.. bur no result.
i turned down the firewall but also no affect.
does annyone know who to deal with this isuue?
i have now the 4.3 version with the CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION fix.

Minimum information needed for assistance - Make sure guest settings are included, on top of the VM log.
Also, "no network" is not a very helpful description of the problem, or of any attempts you had to fix it.
What is happening exactly ,and what have you done so far to fix it?

i tried also NAT but does not work.
Problems started when i update from windows 8 pro to windows 8.1 pro.

Read my link again, there is a specific way to get all the guest settings in the appropriate format.

Can't see anything wrong with just the logs.
Now that 4.3.2 is out, could you try again with that version please?
