I have two old VMs I brought from the 4.2 update which I didn't need anymore.
I tried deleting them from the Administrator but it didn't work, so I tried removing the folders (that caused the VMs to appear broken of course), and still the remove option does not work.

Same here. I haven't found a solution yet...

"Didn't work" is not a useful description of the problem.
