Windows 8 (64bit) running Windows 7 (32bit)?

I have a 64bit Windows 8 Dell computer. Can I load Windows 7, 32bit OS and run it using VM VirtualBox. I am in needs of running 32bit Autocad is the goal

yes, you can run Guest OS 32bit/x86
