vboxnet0 (adapter 2) not found when running Mavericks

Post by o1sowise »

I just upgraded to OS X 10.9 Mavericks and none of my VMs will start.
All VMs get the error: vboxnet0 (adapter 2) not found
Can anyone suggest the changes I need to make to get around this?

P.S. I tried attaching the screenshot of the error and my adapter settings, but it says the quota has been exceeded...

I have exactly the same issue ... the only workaround is to reinstall (!!!) virtualbox ... every time I reboot the computer I have to reinstall virtualbox to make the adapters work!!!!

This is a BIG bug!!!

Go to the Preferences of VirtualBox, you can add in vboxnet0 under network setting.
