Hello there,
whenever I create a snapshot on my virtual machine and generate some disk activity (like installing Visual Studio) the Virtual Box crashes. Please see the attached logfile. Sometime it crashes when the snapshot is more than 8 GB in size, sometimes when it is really small (< 1 GB). When I do the same operation without snapshot everything works as expected.
The harddisk on the host is not full (at least 100 GB free), the client disk has also more then 80 GB free.
The problem is only occuring on virtual machines with snapshots.
Host: Win 7 DEU 64-Bit, Client Win7 64-Bit
Regards
Josef

Lots of disk errors in the logs. In fact your log looks very similar to a recent one of my own, which was eventually pinned down to bad clusters in my base VDI file.

It looks like a file has been corrupted and truncated - it's hitting End Of File (EOF) at a place where it's expecting to find data.VBox.log wrote: 00:07:28.647005 AHCI#0P0: Read at offset 15094611968 (131072 bytes left) returned rc=VERR_EOF
