SOLVED -VBox keeps telling me I'm running on low disk space!

VBox Version: VirtualBox+Oracle ExtPack
Guest OSses: Mostly XP

You don't need to install anything in the guest. After increasing the disk size just boot the VM from the gparted live CD, or rather an ISO image of one.

Just did, and I still can't get it to work. Uninstalled Flash successfully, but can't seem to uninstall IE and Adobe Reader - figure I can reinstall them once I've expanded the partition. Sigh...any ideas? Thanks.

Can't seem to figure out how to allocate the space using GParted.

This is what the screen looks like:
