Hi Everybody,
I have a Mac 10.7.5, and I was recently prompted by virtual box to update to the newest version. Now that I have, my virtual box doesn't work anymore, which is a bummer because I use it solely for quickbooks/accounting for my business.
What happens is this.....I click to start up VBox and Quickbooks, and it cycles through the various screens (windows in black, then in blue, then the home page, then the login in for QB, then it goes back through the cycle again. and again. and again.)
I figured it was the update, but when I tried to throw in the trash the items used for the update, I was told I couldn't open VBox, because it was missing the necessary application to open it. So I took the items out of the trash....so, I am back to my same problem.
I have tried force quitting the VBox and shutting down and restarting my computer.
HELP!
(in a way that I don't lose my QB archives.)
