guest ip not in same network as host

Post by sunnychan »

Hi,
I installed window 7 as guest in virtual box. But I only find that the guest ip is not the same network as the window 8 host and this is also said in the document.
What I need is to have the guest os on the same network ie. 192.168.0.x .
How can I do that?
Thanks

Change your virtual network adapter to Bridged mode.

Hi,

Not enough info. How is the guest networked? Where does it get its network config from?
