Encountered critical error when creating a new VM

Hi,

I am using an ultrabook without and CD/DVD drive.
My purpose is to create a new Windows Server 2008 virtual image.
My ultrabook is running on Windows 7 and installed with VirtualBox-4.3.0_RC1-89687-Win version.

From the VirtualBox Manager, I pointed to Windows Server 2008.iso file. Once I start creating the VM, a critical error occurred.
Please refer to the screenshot and log file attached.

Thanks in advance for the advise and have a nice day.
