Please attach the VBox.log for the VM.
Also, please go to your system BIOS and make sure AMD-V is enabled. It might be called with terms like "Virtualization Technology" or "Virtualization Extensions" under CPU settings of your BIOS, depending on your BIOS.

Same problem here.
My BIOS does not have the option mentioned.
