Need to share a folder to Guest OS

Hi Everyone,
I am using Win 7 on that i have installed Oracle VirtualBox 4.1.2r73507.
I configured Oracle LInux 6.3_64bit in it now need to share a folder(in D drive) from my base system to guest system and i followed the below steps.
under settings-->shared folders-->given the path, selected auto mount and given full permission.
after googling for some time got to know, i need to import VirtualBox Guest Additions.iso file where as i could able to locate the iso file and not able to import it. am not able to find device menu.
