Добрый день! Помогите мне пожалуйста установить VirtualBox 4.2.18 на Windows XP, ни как не могу разобраться. Для Win7 все просто скачал exe файл и устанавливай,а для XP, много файлов, а exe нет. А другие запустить не могу. Требуется ваша помощь.

There is only one Windows install package. Take the installer exe file you used to install on Windows 7, and use it to install on XP. If you mean that you can't download an XP VM then that's correct. Typically Microsoft does not make XP available for download, except for time limited demonstration versions. If you have a problem with those then you would need to get support from Microsoft.

Я уже пробовала установить VirtualBox 4.2.18 for Windows hosts x86/amd64 на XP,но он писал при установки,что это может навредить компьютеру. В инструкции по установке на Win XP указано что нужно скачивать VirtualBox 4.2.18 for Linux hosts от сюда.

I'm using a Windows XP host myself, right now. No special steps need to be taken: you download the windows installer and run it. The installer works for both 64bit and 32bit hosts.
