Hi,
I have installed Oracle VM Virtual box 4.2 in Windows Server 2012 (Host). Then configured Ubuntu 12.04 ( Guest) in the Virtual box. I am not able to configure Bridge connection between these two servers (Host and Guest). Please provide steps to configure bridge connection between these two servers.

If your host is on a LAN (preferably with a DHCP server) you can configure the NIC in the guest to use bridged networking. The guest should then receive its network config from DHCP and be in the same network as the host.
If you are not on a LAN, configure the NIC in the guest to use the Host Only setting. The host and guest then communicate on the host only network.

Re: Bridge Connection in Windows Server 2012 (Host) and Ubun
Virtual Box is installed inside the Windows Server 2012 (Host) and Ubuntu 12.04 (Guest) is installed inside the Virtual Box. Windows Server 2012 (Host) is a Public domain server. I have configured Host only between Host and Guest Servers. Using Host only configuration I can able to ping the Guest server from Host server but I can't ping the Guest server from outside Host( from another machine connected in internet). But I can ping the Host Server from another machine connected in internet. So I need to configure the Network between Host and Guest in such a manner, so that I can ping both Host and Guest server from a machine connected in internet. Also Host and Guest should configured with different IP address. Please provide steps to accomplish above things.

Of course you can't access the vm from outside the host if you use host only. The host only network means just what it says - the guest is connected to the host only.
To access the virtual machine from the network it needs to be connected to the physical network by using bridged mode. If you have set up bridged networking correctly the vm will get it network config from DHCP and look just like any other machine on the LAN. What exactly have you done so far to configure the guest? It should only require a couple of mouse clicks in the vm settings. Have you read the section on bridged networking in Help?
