Hell... I'd like to tell you but I can't post image or web adress I can even type "U" "R" "L" as one word omg

Did you create this as a VHD or is this a transplant created with another virtualizer?

This might be your real issue though. Enable hardware virtuaization in your PC bios or if it is already enabled make sure another virtualizer does not have control of VMX (IE XP mode or Hyper-V)
