VirtualBox on Win7 64bit + Smart Card Reader

Hi,
I have two issues
1. I installed the virtualbox and imported an ova image of win7 sp1 32bit, which works fine but I don't see the smart card reader under the device manager of the virtual machine ?How can I import the smart card reader and the certificates in the virtual machine from the 64bit wion platform ?

2. Also during my installation the wifi lan adapter went out and since then is in disabled state. When I un-install the virtualbox, it comes back online and I can access wifi. I tried this few times and tried some settings under the lan adapter , it is broadcom 802.11n and has recent drivers installed. The normal LAN adapter has no issues and works fine during install and post install.

I am using Virtualbox 4.2.18 + VM VirtualBox Extension Pack

Any help would be appreciated.

THANKS
