FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted.

Let me get a couple items out of the way:

• I am a new user

• Please no flaming about not searching for related posts because I did, and my issue is not resolved

I am trying to install Mac OS X Snow Leopard on my Windows7 System using VBox. I purchased a retail copy of the OS X operating system disc and have burned it to an *.iso file. When I try to boot from this file I get "FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted." I have made two different ISO's using two different imaging creating software applications. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
