it says : "PLEASE PROVIDE THE CONTENTS OF THE LOG FILE VBOX.LOG AND THE IMAGE FILE VBOX.PNG"
"Press ok if you want to POWER OFF the machine"

I want to fix this PLEASE hel me how can I fix this

Could you please provide a log file related to your crash. Also, please specify what kind of host and guest you are running.
