I can't connected my iPhone with VIRTUALbox

virtulBOX on MAC OS x, The Guest OS is WINDOWS XP, I can hear the sound when my iPhone was connected, but I can't see any device in iTunes (windows vrison). At the same time, the iTunes on MAC OS X can find it. BTW,I have build a new blank Filters.
I also found that USB mouse can not work well on my guest (windows xp),I can feel cursor is moving, but I can't see anything. above all, is that a BUG?
