Hi folks. I'm running VirtualBox on my work computer which is the host. I then added a couple of VMs Win7. My question is: when I VPN onto my work network (jupiter), can I still have the guest VM go out to the internet through my home network and not through the VPN?

yes, use Bridged mode. Beware that if you use Bridged on a wifi link, it might not work (due to hardware limitations). Ethernet is the way to go here.
