excuse me for my poor english.
I'm new in virtualbox. I use linux host and i just create a linux guest.
I want to install virtualbox guest additions, but i don't want to install the developement tools for security reasons, generally i don't install development tools in the production servers.
I want install the virtualbox guest additions software in a custom path like "--prefix=" in ./configure;make;make install.
It's possible?
If i do this, after compilation i can take and copy the installation directory from the installation virtual machine to the target virtual machine.
